Trust and Safety
Ring video cameras are installed outside of every unit monitoring 24/7. Noise detector devices installed inside of each unit can send alerts to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level. Smart locks are installed on each door so a new code is generated for each guest and deleted upon checkout.
In-House Cleaning Staff
Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly. We do not outsource cleaning to another company. This enables us to have quality control over how well are units are being cleaned and ensure a professional level of cleanliness for each guest.
